I'm having a hard time finding the right words to say goodbye to Sophie's Universe's beloved natural baby care products. This project was a labor of love for me and I put a lot of energy, love and enthusiasm into it. Unfortunately, the time has now come when we have to part with these wonderful products.

Unfortunately, inflation has deprived us of the opportunity to start new productions. Prices have increased dramatically and we have had no room to adjust our selling prices accordingly. Starting my first brand will always be a part of me. On this trip I not only learned a lot, but also met incredibly great people.

But there is also exciting news: The brand Sophie's Universe remains and has exciting new content.

For everyone who follows me on Social Media, it should come as no surprise: Last year I completed training to become a Transformative Life Coach. From February 1st you can book hours with me on the same website, be it in English or German.

Transformative life coaching is a process in which I support you in achieving your personal and professional goals to identify, overcome obstacles and make positive changes in your life. At its core, it's about helping you maximize your potential and accompanying you on the path to a more fulfilling life.

It is important to emphasize that a life coach does not play a therapeutic role. While therapists often look into the client's past to treat emotional issues, life coaching focuses on the present and future to create positive change. The relationship between coach and client is based on trust, openness and mutual respect.

After many years in the spa & In the wellness industry, I now bring this experience into my coaching. My approach, which integrates physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects, aims to promote a balanced interior and true well-being.

Those who have already visited the Spa & Wellness industry have been looking for inner connection,

could particularly benefit from this approach.

In parallel, I specialize in grief coaching, especially for women who are experiencing the painful loss of miscarriages, the death of their children or grief due to infertility . But I am also open to all other concerns.

As many of you know, our first daughter SOPHIE died of a heart defect 5 weeks after birth. She made me a mother and I am forever grateful for that. Experiencing the painful loss of a child is indescribable, and not everyone finds their way back to everyday life on their own. That's why I want to help women and support them in their grieving process.

It is important to talk about the loss, find rituals together that remember the person who died, and set goals to create a new everyday life.
